Are you the Junior Consultant that wants to help us innovate and offer new solutions to the air transport industry?

Your impact
You'll help in crafting new solutions for the fast-evolving air transport industry. Our team is developing cutting edge techniques, policies, insightful technical and economic analysis, adding value to our clients. We provide transactions advisory services for airports, airlines and other service providers of the aviation supply chain. You will participate in all steps of the life cycle of our projects and be directly involved with the value creation of the aviation division.

In this role, your research, analytical, communication and creative skills will be effectively applied to contribute to the elaboration of proposals, long term relationships with clients through meetings and presentations, and delivery of high quality products for our projects.  

You'll thrive in this position if you enjoy exploring all aspects of air transport and aviation at large, developing relationships in many countries and across cultures; if you excel at delivering high quality documents, working in close collaboration with other team members, including project managers, clients and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities
You'll contribute to different stages of our project lifecycle under the guidance of Global Director, AVN:

  • Support business development activities, including preparation of proposals for public and private clients
  • Carry out sectoral analyses using quantitative data and qualitative reviews of international best practices
  • Assist with project management and implementation
  • Support the adaptation of analyses into recommendations for both public and private sector clients
  • Foster an efficient, innovative and team oriented environment
  • Liaise with project teams, partner firms and clients.
  • Identify and add knowledge to our database for business development activities.
  • Champion the use of CPCS knowledge assets in our business material
  • Foster an efficient, innovative and team oriented environment
  • Identify opportunities for improvement such as CPCS policies, processes and templates.
  • Liaise with project teams, partner firms and clients.

What you bring to the team

  • Master's degree in economics, engineering, or field relevant to aviation
  • Preferably 1 year of full-time experience in aviation operations or consulting
  • Be skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Speak and write fluently in English and French, with additional language skills desired
  • Ability / willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required – conditions permitting
  • The legal right to work in Canada
