Are you the Design and Content Coordinator that wants to help us elevate our brand and win more business?

Your impact
You'll help assist with internal and external communications and keep the team organized. You'll also support marketing and business development activities.

In this role, multimedia design and production as well as digital content writing skills will be effectively applied to create and deliver all types of assets needed for today's digital environment.

You'll thrive in this position if you excel at sketching ideas and concepts and turning research findings into compelling and visually appealing content.

Your responsibilities
What you'll do:

Design – You know how to layout and beautifully design the content given to you

Write – You love writing and can write for a specific audience or channel

Coordinate – You excel at keeping yourself and others organized

Multimedia – You know how to create videos, visuals and edit images

Digital – You know what digital marketing is and how WordPress and social media works

For example, we will rely on you to create beautifully designed PowerPoint slides, edit photographs, translate abstract ideas into graphics, produce videos but also assist in writing and coordinating content for internal and external communications

We're looking for someone who

  • Has a desire to evolve in the infrastructure sector
  • Has superior oral and written communication skills
  • Has strong organizational skills
  • Can manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight timelines
  • Can work independently and within teams
  • Welcomes coaching and feedback
  • Is an avid learner and keeps their skills sharp

What you bring to the team

  • Diploma in multimedia graphic design, digital marketing or relevant combination
  • At least 1 year of full-time experience in design and marketing
  • Be skilled in design, written and video content creation
  • Know how to design savvy PowerPoint presentations
  • Highly skilled in the use of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Superior photography and image editing skills
  • Speak and write fluently in English and French
  • Strong working knowledge of WordPress
  • Google certification (Analytics) an asset
  • SEO experience
